Yoga (Coming Soon)

As part of our occupational therapy services, we offer yoga for participants and small community groups. Our approach to yoga is trauma-informed and inclusive, meaning it is adapted specifically to you and your needs. Classes are accessible for all and promote empowerment and choice.

We incorporate a range of evidence-based practices focussed on self-regulation, including intentional physical postures, breathing exercises, meditation and guided imagery. 

Our yoga teacher has completed specialist training in evidence based, Trauma Informed Yoga, as well as Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga (LVCY).
